Starr Legal Support is a freelance legal support service offering specialized paralegal support services exclusively to consumer bankruptcy attorneys and has maintained a license to Best Case since 2005.
All work is performed by owner, Jill Starr, a certified senior paralegal with over 22 years of combined substantive experience in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, civil litigation, elder care, and electronic filings.
Jill Starr is an experienced, focused paraprofessional dedicated to excellence of work product in the presence of multiple deadlines and contracts with attorneys across the state. Services are provided to licensed attorneys only in compliance with the rules of the American Bar Association and Opinion 07-2 of the Florida Bar Ethics Department.
Adding to her strong foundation as a Florida Registered Paralegal, Jill has a Level 2 background clearance as a licensed Florida Nursing Home Administrator and an MBA with a Specialization in Health Care Management from the University of South Florida, as well as a Florida Notary Public. This combined experience assures attorneys that Starr Legal Support is a responsible, reliable and trustworthy source for the handling of clients’ personal and financial information.

Starr Legal Support provides valuable legal support services which are outsourced rather than utilizing in-house staff. It is the attorney's responsibility to pay for these service expenses in the same manner he or she would pay for other outsourced independent contractor services.
